I believe that morning is the most important time of the day. “A new day, a new beginning.” Morning sets the pace for the rest of your day. It’s essential to have a positive mindset, determination, and drive to balance the energy. All the successful people who made it big in the world have one thing in common. They all had a particular morning routine, almost to the point of being OCD. They got up earlier than anyone else in their household, and they got right into personal development work.

There are four main areas that we should focus in the morning: our body, mind, relationships, and work.

Number 1 #Health

Health is the most crucial aspect of our daily life if you are healthy, you can do more things in life and live longer. The first aspect of health is fuelling your body with proper nutrients. Having lots of water and a green drink before you put anything else into your body is a great way to hydrate and shovel mass nutrients.

Other activities you can do is stretch your body, which will help you with the mobility, go out to have a walk-in nature, inhale fresh oxygen-rich air, or follow a HIIT interval session.

Number 2 #Self-love

People usually look for happiness from external sources. However, it is essential to be connected with your self, and meditation is a fantastic tool for that. To calm your nervous system to self reflect and distract our mind from stress, anxiety, and other things. Meditation takes you in a more stress-free state where you can think clearly and reflect your thoughts.

Another vital aspect is self-reflection. It is very easy for our minds to get attracted to negative energy. Most of the time, people Are not aware of their thoughts, and the constant cycle of negative thinking can take us into a state of depression.

Journalling is a great tool to reflect all the thoughts and feelings that we are having. For instance, you can analyze your day and the activities you did a day before and think about all the positive things or situations that came in that day. If any thought is bothering you, you can counterbalance them with something positive when we develop such a thinking process; it makes us feel more grateful.

Number 3 #Loved ones

If you are single, married, or have a girlfriend, it is imperative to make our loved ones feel special and acknowledge their presence. This is the most simple but also one of the most effective because it provides the best oxytocin drip and keeps you wanting to do more for others. Because it just feels good to give, appreciate, and be grateful.

Sending a simple note expressing your feelings and love in a short video, text message, voice memo, a simple call, or a straight-up in-person conversation. The point is you’re telling someone you love and appreciate them or honor your relationship with them.

Number 4 #Work

The last one will come naturally foremost, but it’s still essential to knock out within your early rising morning routine. For example, as a fitness and nutrition business owner, this means reading research reviews, nutrition textbooks, periodization articles, or marketing books, etc. These things help me master my craft. I would suggest spending at least 10 minutes doing that but up to an hour, depending on how much time you have. Elevating the knowledge because education is one of the only things that are infinite, you can’t ever know enough. Now, if you or not in a carrier that requires this or you are in search of a new carrier, study something else. Personal development, fitness, love, marketing, or the new carrier you are ready to dive into. If you are a business owner, try to reflect all the things you want to change in your business come up with new ideas, and look something online that can help you increase your sales or performance. You can compare your business performance from the past and strategize what you are aiming for. This is also an excellent time to read e-mails and revert to all the text messages or business inquiries you have.

All in all, the morning routine should be so productive that it’s sets a positive vibe for the rest of the day, and once you accomplish many things in your morning, you feel confident and happy, and you get a sense of accomplishment. There is no perfect morning routine out there, but all the things I’ve mentioned in the article can help to get you one step closer to your goal.
