I have been working with Karan since December of 2019, and he has helped me make unprecedented changes in my own physique, and overall health. My meals plan were made up of whole, nutrient-dense foods- that left me satisfied, and were custom to my own dietary preferences. There are a lot of trainers who recommend dangerous substances to young teenagers which can harm their health. I really thought to build a perfect physique is not possible naturally, but with the right guidance by Karan, I built an aesthetically pleasing physique all naturally. He explained to me the fundamental pillars of the bodybuilding frame that is training, nutrition and proper supplementation. I give all credit to my coach for transforming my physique. Trainers are great to work with. Workouts are always changing and challenge each person in the class to work to the best of their ability. The people who work out with me are so encouraging and fun.
